È una condizione che non solo può influire sulla tua capacità di uscire e correre, ma anche peggiorare la qualità della tua vita quotidiana poiché ogni passo provoca dolore e disagio.
Questa condizione può richiedere anni per guarire se non trattata correttamente.
Diamo un'occhiata a come si ottiene la fascite plantare e cosa fare al riguardo.
Quali sono le cause della fascite plantare?
La fascia plantare è una fascia di tessuto connettivo che va dal tallone alla base delle dita dei piedi.
Questo può infiammarsi a causa del sovrallenamento, dell'aumento improvviso della distanza, dell'uso di scarpe da corsa inadeguate o inadeguate o dei piedi piatti.
Come fai a sapere se hai la fascite plantare?
Spesso inizia come un dolore profondo al centro del tallone, o forse come un dolore lancinante.
Al mattino può anche manifestarsi come un piede contratto o zoppicante.

Superfici dure, movimenti poco frequenti e suole dure e non flessibili possono tutti contribuire.
Come posso evitare la fascite plantare?
Ci sono alcune semplici cose che puoi fare per evitare la fascite plantare.
Indossa calzature adeguate, corri su superfici più morbide, ove disponibili, e non aumentare le nuove distanze di allenamento di oltre il 10% ogni settimana.
Anche allungare i muscoli dei piedi e il tendine di Achille prima di correre può ridurre il rischio.
Come posso ridurre il dolore della fascite plantare?
Non appena te ne accorgi, agisci.
Se lo lasci il dolore peggiorerà.
Applica del ghiaccio sull'area interessata e assicurati di indossare scarpe di supporto anche quando non stai correndo.
Prova a far rotolare una pallina da golf sotto i piedi per ottenere un po' di sollievo.
Considera l'idea di fasciare il tendine d'Achille o di investire in plantari.
Continua ad allungare i piedi prima di qualsiasi attività di corsa o come prima cosa ogni mattina.

Ho provato le solette walking con le scarpe antinfortunistiche del lavoro e mi sono trovato benissimo , avevo i piedi sempre doloranti a fine giornata e queste hanno risolto completamente il mio problema . Le ho provate a fare trekking e confermo che danno sollievo anche alle ginocchia. Da allora ho preso le running e le comfort senza sostegno plantare e le uso praticamente in tutte le altre attività , confermo che le nuove verdi sono una spanna sopra quelle con d30 arancio . Sono pienamente soddisfatto e continuerò ad acquistarle , prodotto che vale i soldi spesi , sono anche durevoli nel tempo . Do 5 stelle anche all'assistenza .
I have 2 pairs of the these slides.. I am 48 years old and the benefits to my legs after a long day in work just from changing your footwear is amazing. Do feel no pains in my legs anymore as I wear the insoles in work as well. Life changing technology

Having purchased the running & walking insoles, I was keen to try the sliders.
(I had to go down a size, but that was very painless in the exchange.)
I am wearing my sliders around the house and they are so comfortable.
I am trying to increase my running after some injuries, so I’m glad I have the sliders and insoles!
The slides are comfortable, but I've had my pair for just about a month and they're already stained with irremovable marks, which is very disappointing. I routinely wear the slides all around the house after running, and some pasta sauce splashed onto them whilst cooking. For the price paid, I really expected the material to be far more resistant to potential stains or able to be cleaned.
I suffer from Achilles tendinitis which is a side effect from cancer medication. I walk a lot and wanted some comfortable slides to wear afterwards for relief. I ordered a pair of size 5’s ( my usual shoe size) in white and they arrived quickly. Unfortunately they were a bit big as admittedly I have quite narrow feet. I exchanged them for a size 4 which was a simple and straightforward process- now they’re perfect. I look forward to putting them on at the end of each day and after my walks.
I play golf and the sliders are perfect after a 4 hour walk round the course. I went with the smaller size 5 rather than 6 and they are snug but the length is good. I have high arches and wear orthotics in my golf shoes and the Enertors give me a super cushioned rest after my round. I would recommend them.
Feels like these have a design flaw. There’s plenty of room at the front, but the opening is far too tight to get your feet in comfortably. They’re extremely difficult to put on, which makes them practically useless.

The opening is cut deliberately snug so the foot doesn't slide around once it's on, but if it's a fight to get into then something isn't right for your foot shape. Sizing isn’t clear. It’s size 11 but the top of foot hurts when wearing it.
Best purchase ever. Absolutely love these already, and I've only had them 3 days. So comfortable and supportive, and great neutral colour (bone). I opted to size down from my trainers and they fit perfectly. Highly recommended!
I bought these sliders when I was training for the London marathon as I wanted some better support for my feet at home (I use them as house shoes). I also wanted some better arch support whilst standing at my riser desk instead of wearing shoes. These completely fit the bill. I bought the size recommended (my usual trainer/shoe size) and they fit perfectly. The uppers were a little stiff initially, but have eased off and are much more comfortable now.
I took them to London and put them in my race bag for the end. I slid my feet into them soon after I crossed the finish line and then happily walked the streets of London in them after.

I’ve been suffering badly from Achilles tendinitis. I bought the insoles and the slides more out of desperation than any hope of them actually making a difference. I can honestly say they are brilliant. No more pain, my runs now feel like I’ve got some energy - amazing. Definitely recommend.
These are comfy and they do seem to help my calves and feet recover after sessions. I have quite wide feet (size 7.5/8) and the size 8s only just fit me width wise.
Perfect recovery sliders and a staple addition to my marathon training block. Just wish I had them sooner. Can’t wait to put them on after crossing the London marathon finish line next week!
For info my husband bought these for me as he is a size 9 - I bought him a black pair which he wears regularly.
They came with a very funky smell but this did wear off after a while.
I am usually a size 4 but they don't do this size so got a size 5 which are too big as my foot slides to the front; it reminds me of when I was a child and use to wear my mum's shoes!!
If I wear them with socks they are not too bad but I still don't think I will get the benefits that they describe in their adverts
It's a shame really as I think they are really cool and do feel comfortable when worn.
Love them, I wear them as slippers around the house. I have niggling calf issues after runs but not since I’ve been wearing these. Highly recommend them
Love my first pair! I was sceptical at first but given that I highly rate the insoles thought I’d give them ago! I wasn’t disappointed. They really are absolutely fantastic. I’m suffering from some tight calves at the moment and as soon as I pop them on the discomfort goes away. I’ve just ordered another pair in the second sweep. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. After months of waiting, the day finally arrived. I was not going to miss out on the first drop of the Enertor Recovery Slides no matter what. I tested them out after a road run, and it was like walking on clouds again. I could feel the softness easing through the soles of my feet. As someone who runs long distances regularly, these are perfect for post run recovery. People may think they’re expensive, but they are cheaper than a lot of other brands out there, and just look at them, they are stunning!
Utilizzo le suolette per lo sport, calcio a 5 indoor. Nei primi utilizzi mi sono trovato molto bene, soffro molto i terreni rigidi come la palestra e devo dire che ho riscontrato differenza rispetto alle più economiche.
Non ho dato 5 stelle perché non ho avuto modo di testare la durata avendole acquistate da poco. Ma ho grande fiducia. Articolo promosso 👍
Adoro questi plantari! Gioco a padel a livello agonistico, ho provato vari plantari nel corso degli anni, ma le Enertor sono fantastiche, riducono l affaticamento, comode, evitano i crampi a fine partita e ti danno confort e spinta maggiore. Consigliatissime
Oggi 23 febbraio 2025 ho corso la Verdi Marathon a Salsomaggiore con il supporto delle solette Enertor all'interno delle mie scarpe da running. Da quando le utilizzo la mia performance è migliorata, il mio piede è più stabile e protetto.

Ho acquistato queste solette dopo aver chiesto informazioni dettagliate al venditore, che ha prontamente risposto a tutte le mie domande. Soffro di sciatalgia bilaterale e sono una podista da lunghe distanze. Inoltre svolgo un lavoro che mi costringe a stare 8 ore in piedi e all'uso di scarpe di sicurezza. Da una settimana indosso regolarmente sia durante la corsa che durante il giorno le solette enertor e devo ammettere che ho notevoli benefici. Durante la corsa sento molto meno il dolore sotto il gluteo e durante il giorno ho al sensazione di stare su una nuvola.
Consiglio l'uso di questo prodotto.

I was a little skeptical to begin with, assuming that surely they wouldn't make any difference but from my first run you could feel a better level of shock absorption & support. For me it's very subtle and the insoles just do their thing without giving me anything to complain about. For me that's a sign of a great product that works really well.
